Lead in-process and final inspection for syringe and IV catheter production lines under ISO 13485.
What you will do
- Implement and audit quality procedures across production
- Perform AQL sampling, dimensional and functional testing
- Drive corrective action closure with production and engineering teams
Run a multi-shift injection-molding cell producing barrels, plungers and hubs to spec and on schedule.
What you will do
- Own shift efficiency, scrap rate and changeover targets
- Coach a team of 12+ operators and technicians
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance and planning daily
Grow distributor and hospital accounts across MENA, CIS and Sub-Saharan Africa for our medical device portfolio.
What you will do
- Manage quotations, samples and tender submissions end to end
- Travel for trade fairs such as Arab Health, Medica and CMEF
- Maintain pipeline records and monthly forecasts
Design and validate next-generation IV catheter and safety syringe variants from concept to pilot run.
What you will do
- Own design-for-manufacture, tooling reviews and pilot validation runs
- Author design history files aligned with ISO 13485
- Partner with quality on verification and biocompatibility planning
